What's New in Adobe Master Collection CS5 - Review

Just yesterday ago, Adobe has released to the world the long awaited CS5 Creative Suite 5. Along with all the previous applications such as Adobe After Effects, Bridge, Contribute, Dreamweaver, Encore, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, OnLocation, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Soundbooth, the Creative Suite 5 brings us two new kids to the family. Introducing Flash Builder and Flash Catalyst.

In CS5, there have been many advancements. But in the end, all designers have one question in their minds. What's new in Adobe Master Collection CS5 Creative Suite?!

Firstly,  The icons have integrated a 3D feel to it. Although at first sight, I did not like it in opposition with CS4, however, the icons seem to make sense in the context of the software, and I began to appreciate and actually like the icons. The folder icons are amazing - it has a dark, deep tone, which contrasts with the light text and tints.

In the following next few days, I will take a overview and a slight tutorial on each and every Adobe application form the CS5 series. One application each day. Follow this blog now to get the MOST out of your Adobe CS5!

  1. I have the new master collection, I love the 64bit and the icons are amazing too.
After effects is amazing, rotobrush is just perfect, and the 64bit lets me use 4GB of ram which makes it so much faster.
Photoshop has all the content aware stuff which also works great. And I'm completely blown away by Flash Catalyst (designing an app right now)
