Runescape Editing Tutorial #2 - Borders

Hey guys, what's going on? Plasticfunnel back with another tutorial on Borders. I suggest using Photoshop, but any other image editing software will be fine. The borders really add to an in-depth feel to your RSMVs, especially when you attempt to convey a storyline, this allows viewers to understand which parts are storyline-related, causing them to be easier to follow - but it could be used any way too! :D

Hey guys, what's going on? I am creating a Runescape Editing Tutorial Series which will be exclusively on my blog now. Today I will be teaching you how to do a regular Runescape Image and hide various elements away. This could lead to some interesting effects in video editing (for instance, suddenly the elements appear in a transition, spark, or vice versa)

Introduction

150K TOKUL AN HOUR!(maxed with extremes and chaotic weapons(

TZHAAR! No don't leave, JaGex improved these guys since the last time you went here. No I'm not asking you to get 2.8m tokul for onyx, but you can if you want, it'll only take 30 HOURS!

Oh you might say thats only 10m well its not last time i checked on the street onyx's were 35m! Jagex came out with personal shops and now we can benefit off it by the skyrocketing price of them since they are so hard to get.

Yeah I'm not even kidding, if you used extremes, turmoil, and the dungeoneering weapons, you could probably get it in 15 - 20 hours, maybe short!

Please continue reading this is a great money maker, and in my opinion better then cannoning green drags.

Equipment 

Of course most of these can be switched out with other stuff, except the whip. I don't recommend any other weapon here besides the whip. Two handers will just leave you vulnerable to the tzhaar attacks and the whip has way better damage per second.

skills

70 Attack, 70 strength, 70 defense are a must. If you don't have these go cannon green drags they are awesome cash too (:

Ranging these guys is a possibility, if you have some tank gear and high defense. Looking for a safe spot and ranging them is just stupid and will waste time.

How to get there

Word by word directions

1. Teleport to Karamja with an amulet of glory
2. Walk southwest from Musa Point and climb down the rope into the dungeon. 3. Go directly east into the cave and go into one of the places i have marked on the map bellow

Inventory

Super sets are a must, spec weapon is optional and so is a familiar a like using a spirit kyat, but you can use whatever you want. There is an oblisk in here so don't worry about summoning potions.

Money details (:

You make at least 20 - 60k a load, thats a picture of one load i just did. I can do about 2 - 3 loads an hour so its about 40 - 180k extra cash not including tokul.

I can make 30 - 40k tokul a load, which is about 60 - 120k tokul an hour!

2,800,000(If you don't have karamja gloves 3)/60k tokul = 45 hours and over 666k an hour, not inlcuding other drops.

So at the most you could be make 1.5m an hour, but at the least you can make 700k an hour (:

The option I usually do is buy obby shields for 65k tokul because i don't hav the patients for onyx's (:
it's about 300k less per hour

Emote syncing takes a lot of time and patience. I as a videomaker do it because I feel it is fun to collaborate with my viewers and friends. If you wish to sync emotes, it may take a long time to gather the people you need, and to find location, to tell the actors where to stand, and to actually sync the emote. But it's worth the time because in the end it is fun and interesting :D

Fast and Best Routes for Penguin Hide-And-Seek in Runescape

Here are the best teleport locations to reach the penguins. The secret is to follow these five rules:

1. When hunting penguins in Relleka, Lighthouse, Miscellania, Jatiszo, or Neitiznot, Get them all one by one, as they are within the same area.

2. Always remember to bring Jewelry that teleport. Including Ring of dueling, Games Necklace (you just lost the game), combat bracelet, amulets, etc.

3. If you have a spirit terrorbird, energy potion, or Explorer's ring, be sure to bring it.

4. Get the Barrows, Canifis, and Mos le harmless penguins one by one

5. Always leave the penguins where it is difficult (Wilderness penguins), at last.

This video is, to current date, the project which consumed the MOST time, even though the editing was relatively simple and clean. I also believe that this song shows, in many areas, my stance in the Runescape Music Video community, the change we are facing - the act of having high expectations, judging whether one's work is overedited or not, when the editor did it for the sole purpose of enjoyment for him/herself, and possibly, others as well. If, however, you are against my view, simply consider this video as a normal Runescape Music Video, and keep your thoughts to yourself. If, on the other hand, you support our community - Feel free to Spread the message in any means possible :).

ALLEGORY
This Music Video, I hope, would allow us to reflect on how our RSMV community have advanced over the years. I believe that most of the lyrics represent the way I feel on the early years of the RSMV community (age of innocence) and the current state our community is facing (the way we're living makes no sense). The values of video-making which used to be for Education, Experiment, and Entertainment, have now changed to for Statistics, Popularity, and Fame. I just hope that this video would remind us all the true definition of video-creating - "There are no limits to imagination, only imagination as the limit" Chester (Plasticfunnel)

STORYBOARD
There are two main characters in the story. One being the Old Sklebr from Year 169, another being the Young Sklebr from Year 137 (whom would be referred to by their year of origin). 169 wished to return to the past, back to the age of innocence (a motif symbol to the previous generations of RSMV). 137 supposedly presents what the "age of innocence" has to offer to the viewers through the song "When the value wasn't in the price", etc. However, half-way through, 137 realizes 169's presence (though he has no idea that it was his older self), and realizes the presence of the Time Travelling Portal. Since then, 137 wishes to "get older, don't fight my age" and leaves through the Time Travelling Portal and is seen lost in the future of Year 169. Leaving 169 in the Past abandoned, lonely, and unable to return...
